Clara Luz Organizing respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field. We collect nothing else and we do not use tracking cookies.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your inquiry and, if you book, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years for tax purposes.

Photographs

We photograph completed projects. Photographs are never published without your written permission, and we can organize your home with no photographs taken at all — just say so.
